## Ingredients
### Ingredients for the Wrap Batter
* 1 kg Flour, Cake or Pastry flour are fine.
^^ Avoid using Bread flour or the result will become too hard in texture.
* 1200 ml Water + 600 ml [Total water is 1800 ml].
* 1 full tbsp Salt.
### Ingredients for the Filling
* 500 grams of Scallions or can be replaced with onion flowers.
* 250 grams or about 2 to 3 Carrots, grated.
* 7 to 10 cloves of Garlic.
* 1 Onion, optional, diced small.
* 1-1½ tablespoons of Fine salt, according to taste.
* 1 tsp Broth powder.
* 1 tsp Ground pepper.
* 11 Eggs.
* 2 tsp Curry Powder, optional.
* 1 to 2 tsp Cumin Powder, optional.
## Ingredients for the Paste Batter
* 5 tablespoons of Flour.
* 1 Egg.
* 200 ml of Water.
* ½ teaspoon Salt.
